My Go-To Green Smoothie

I have a love/hate relationship with smoothies, which is officially the whitest thing I have ever said.

I hate how hard the blender is to clean after, but I love how healthy smoothies are and how good they make me feel. I know a lot of people may be very hesitant to try this because it's green, but I promise you this smoothie is so damn good. I remember the first time I made this one, I was even hesitant, but this has become my new go-to. Like any smoothie, you can totally substitute it with different ingredients, but this is how I love it.

Smoothies are a great way to also sneak in some vitamins, so I add Turmeric, which is a great natural anti-inflammatory, but you can add your own protein powder or whatever it is that makes you happy. Get ya green on!


  • 1 banana
  • 1 green apple
  • 2 mini cucumbers
  • 1 handful kale
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 lemon (squeezed)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric (optional)


  1. It's a smoothie so just blend it until its all consistently blended
